Life in Progress Ministries loves to be part of LIVE EVENTS!  Gathering women together for the purpose of reaching out, encouraging and/or training is something we say YES to as often as possible!

 

If you are interested in learning how to HOST a SHINE conference in your area, please reach out!  We would be happy to share what we've learned along the way to and help you.

​We hosted the first SHINE event in 2017.  An unlikely team of four women had no idea how God would use that event to bring the women and teens of our communities together.  In 2018 and 2019 the conference — focusing on teen girls — grew to "sold out" events at the Centene Center in Farmington, MO, immediately followed by four-week bible study groups called #SHINETRIBES in 12 cities.

 

In 2019, Jaclyn took SHINE overseas to Amman, Jordan for a special version called "SHINE Middle East" and most recently to Cairo, Egypt!

In 2024, we re-launched SHINE as a back-to-school kick-off event and we look forward to seeking the Lord on when and where He'll SHINE again!

BE INSPIRED, HAVE FAITH AND BELONG

SHINE is a day of inspiration, motivation and faith, specifically for middle and high school girls and the women who love them.  After our first ever Shine Event in 2017, we knew God could and would do more!  Teen Girls are desperate for unapologetic truth, meaningful support and bold courage to live as light in a dark world.  The Shine Conference is designed to ignite and fuel passion for the ONE TRUE GOD and His mission to love others.

 

Mamas, aunts, friends, female youth group Leaders and other women are also encouraged to accompany a teen and attend.

THIS one-day event is JAM-PACKED with teaching from KEYNOTE SPEAKERS, Amazing WORSHIP MUSIC, challenging BREAKOUT SESSIONS and a refreshing LEADERS LOUNGE for the adult women.
